Kelly joined Mang in 1989 and is a New York State licensed agent for Property and Casualty and Life, Health and Accident Insurances. She is also carries both a series 6 and 63 securities licenses. Kelly carries an FLMI designation and is a member of Cambridge's Who's Who of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs. Active in the community, Kelly is a member of the Schoharie County and Otsego County Chambers, a member of the Oneonta Concert Association Board of Directors and the American Red Cross Disaster Team.
